On Saturday the 8th of November Menno de Jong will take hold of the decks at Westerunie for six hours in his first solo performance. He will be sharing his sound and love of music for the whole night taking control of the booth and giving you a taste of what he can do when he can build the journey.

Menno de Jong has been powered by music since a young age and this obsession has helped him get to where he is today. Spending countless hours behind his turntables practicing and learning the way of the DJ so that he could one day share his sounds with other music lovers. The path to this point has been littered with successes including his recently independent Intuition Records that has helped showcase not only Menno's DJ and production talents but also his business skills. The events division of the company has thrown the Intuition Summer & Winter festivals over the last two years with great success. Following on from these has been the unique concept of Intuition Invites where they invite big name DJ's to join Menno de Jong to fill the night with fun and music. Their latest being a night to remember (or so I've been told) with Above & Beyond.

It was only a matter of time before all this lead to Menno de Jong getting behind the decks for an extended set and performing solo. The "Westerunie" at the "Westergasterrein" is the perfect venue for this event providing a unique and intimate vibe just right for Menno to make this a night you will remember.

The evening will go from 22:00 to 04:00 and they are seeking to get that extended till 06:00. If they're able to get the extension notice of this will be released soon.
