Marcie recently launched a new radio show focusing on the vocals we hear in the music we spin. Unlike other dance music shows out there Marcie has decided to take a different route with her new show, Behind the Lyric. The show is dedicated to giving a conversational touch to the vocals in the industry. Marcie asks well known singer/songwriters to talk freely about the meaning behind the lyrics of their tracks.
Having just released the 6th installment, Marcie has got some pretty big names on the show. The latest episode features some of the heavy hitters in the EDM scene including Jes Brieden, Shelley Harland, Sied van Riel, Khaled Hussien and Tiff Lacey. Their commentaries are mixed over the top of their tracks much like a director's commentary on a DVD.
The show is available directly from Marcie's website as well as broadcast on such stations as Digitally Imported, ETN.fm, Afterhours.fm, Kik FM Australia and a couple of others. You can find out more information about this new show over at her website.
