DanceNode Expands

1st May, 2008

Written by: Digitalchild ( dchild).

You may have noticed over the last couple of weeks that we haven't been getting as many stories out as usual. This is because we are furiously working behind the scenes to bring you more of everything. To be able to do this, we've had to focus on some of the back end services and facilities that run DanceNode so that we can expand as needed. It's taken a few weeks for the team to recover after our tour and to organize everything and now we're back!

DanceNode continues to bring you the latest news and information from around the world and to help with that we'd like to welcome a new member to our reporting team. Phil Greenway aka Sikosis joins the team as our new drum 'n' bass guy. Here's what some of his biography had to say,

DJ Sikosis began his DJ career back in the early 90s, playing in various venues around Brisbane, Australia including The Tube, Babble-On (Resident), Hotel Jubilee, Crash n Burn and various art gallery openings at Cross Galleries. After the collapse of Babble-On in 1997 and Crash n Burn in 1998, he then took things online with Gravity24hr.com, where he ran the site, along with contributing mixes with the other 40+ DJs involved.

With both his club bound and online experience we're glad to have another music lover join our team and help us expand the genre's that DanceNode can report on.  He's hit the ground running reviewing some of the latest offerings in the land of drum 'n' bass, you can check out his first couple of reviews under the music section already. Welcome aboard and we look forward to hearing All About The D'n'B Music.

Remember if you have any news, music to review or relevant information that you want us to report, drop us a line via the contact form.
