Flash Brothers - Feel the Music

1st May, 2008

Curvve Recordings continues their run of quality releases with this latest offering from Israel's Flash Brothers , Feel the Music. This progressive house treat has plenty to offer. The melody is catchy and after only a few times of listening to the release I was already singing along. The release comes with an original mix, an instrumental and a remix from Mohawk.

The original is very typical of a house track with a dash of progressive flavor. The melody is pretty basic but works well with the arrangement to support the housey vocals. I wasn't really sure if I liked the vocals the first time I previewed the track, but having listened to it a few times they have grown on me. The instrumental is, you guessed it, the original mix without the vocals. I dropped the instrumental version during the radio show last week and the response was good.

The Mohawk remix beefs up the sound a little adding to the melody giving the sound a more flowing feeling. The new synth sound that's been added into the mix gives it that little bit more atmosphere that would give it a nice 'sunny day' kind of vibe. I'll definitely be spinning this out and will be recommending it to the residents around the traps. For a quick preview check out the samples below.

Feel the Music from Flash Brothers is out soon on Curvve Recordings and will be available at all good download stores. Grab a copy, give it a spin and remember, It's All About The Music.
