I had a lot of fun playing around with it after I got a mix or two down. I agree that its got a long way to go to becoming a real DJ device. It will be interesting to see the evolution of this device over time and I look forward to it.

What wasn't mentioned in the article was that we also had the opportunity to give this device a go in Miami, Florida at the Beatport Remix Hotel during the Winter Music Conference, but as we were there on opening day, things weren't quite setup for a proper demo. So we were excited to find out that back in Canada Jonathan had a device he could show us.

My personal opinion is that this device is more of a gimmick idea than a proper DJ tool, but I can see this being attached to a mixer device for club use in future generations. It's a great start with something new and something different. I look forward to upcoming versions of this product.
